Payment & Pickup/Delivery Policies...
~Once We Have Finalized All Details for Orders, I will Call You to Verbally Confirm Your Order 72 hrs prior to event. At that point Cash Payment is Due in Full Upon Pickup / Delivery.
~For all Wedding, Grooms Cake & Orders over $100, A Non-Refundable payment of $50.00 is required to save the date and is applied to the order. Full Payment is usually due in full 7 days prior to Event.
~All Pickup times MUST be within a 20 min Window of Agreed Time, Late Pickups Will Need to Call to Confirm New Time, ASAP.
~Delivery & Set Up Fee Can Be Arranged for $30.00 for the Round Rock, Georgetown Area (ask for quote for other areas).
Finally...
~I am centrally located in Round Rock. Every cake I make is custom made to order, from start to finish.
~I like to have at least two weeks notice before your event to have time to plan out your special cake. One week notice at the latest.
~In case of event delay or cancellations, please let me know at least 72 hr prior to original event date.
